1000 N Blossom Rd  Elma NY
est.1872
Established in 1872, Blossom was the fourth volunteer fire company in Erie County. The original district covered the towns of Elma, Marilla, and parts of Lancaster & West Seneca. The original fire hall was located on the East side of N. Blossom Rd along Buffalo Creek near the Blossom Dam.
In 1941, land was purchased across the street for the fire company. In the early 1950's the original fire hall was relocated and a new truck bay was added. Over the years, as the population grew, the fire hall expanded, adding truck bays and a social hall for fundraising activities.
As years passed, and the population grew, new
volunteer fire companies were established.
Blossom's fire district now covers the North
West corner of Elma, as well as providing
mutual aid assitance to neighboring fire
companies and communities.

Blossom Vol. Fire Co. responds to first aid emergencies, auto accidents, structure fires, fire/smoke alarms, power outages, electrical, natural gas, & carbon monoxide emergencies.
